Customer Services Advisor

Are you a talented Customer Services Advisor, Exec or Administrator, or are you aiming to be one?

Can you demonstrate that you have experience gained in an Internal Technical Sales/Accounts environment preferably in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment?

If so then you could be perfect for my client.


The Role:

In this Customer Services Advisor role you'll report to the Operational Manager and will be primarily responsible for supporting the maximisation of sales opportunities from customers whilst providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.

Specifically you'll be tasked with liaising and managing stakeholders both internally and externally to the business.

You'll also be tasked with managing work orders and identifying areas that might cause concern or lead to reduced customer satisfaction.

This position is based in the company's Loughborough office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.


The Candidate:

To be the right person for Customer Services Advisor role you will need some experience gained in Internal Technical Sales/Customer Services environment preferably in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial space.

We also need you to have prior experience of managing customers and stakeholders in a calm, reassuring and confident way.

It's also essential that you've got experience of working in a close-nit team, working together to ensure a consistent high performing and efficient experience is received by those the team interacts with.

It's important that you also have the following:

  • Strong communication skills, able to work in pressurised and time critical situations
  • The ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously, providing information and quotations as required in an accurate and timely manner
  • The ability to build and foster long term working relationships with key customers

We need you to be able to accurately process of customers' orders, quotations and enquiries and be able to exceed customers' expectations by providing excellent customer service.

The Package:

The basic salary for the Customer Services Advisor role is up to £28,000 per annum.

There's also an opportunity for you to earn a personal performance bonus and company performance bonus. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.
