You will be primarily responsible for providing a comprehensive insurance service to existing and potential new customers in accordance with both fca and internal requirements.
Working in the company's Twickenham office for part of the week, and from home for the rest of it, you'll report to the Private Clients Supervisor and will be tasked with the following:
- Fully supporting the management team, Business Development Executives and Account Executives in the key areas of account handling and broking of existing and new business to insurers
- Providing full scale assistance and support to senior personnel responsible for managing and supervising the private clients team in various account handling tasks and interaction with the market
- The assisting in the new business and retentions lifecycle

What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who's got a background in personal lines insurance products.
They'll also need you to have experience of motor, home and travel products and relationship management.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Extensive technical knowledge of all classes of business for personal lines markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage contracts
You'll also need to be the following:
- A strong communicator
- Able to collate risk information at new business and renewal
- Familiar with claims procedures
