We're looking for a talented Personal Lines Account Handler to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of personal lines insurance products.

The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager and based in the company's Hinckley office, as the Personal Lines Account Handler you will be primarily responsible for supporting personal lines clients to ensure conversion of new business, service of existing accounts and retention of renewals to achieve company income targets in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Responding to enquiries from clients, brokers and underwriters
- Determining which insurers will provide the most competitive rates for the cover required
- Obtaining quotations using rating guides or by referring to insurers
- Communicating quotations, advising the most appropriate in terms of price and cover to meet the clients needs
- Issuing invoices and policy documents and update clients records

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Personal Lines Account Handler role will have relevant experience of personal lines insurance products.
You'll also need experience of dealing with insurers and key stakeholders and fca regulation & data protection legislation.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
