We're looking for a talented Insurance Operations Executive to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable operational support experience within the London Market. The successful candidate will be technically astute within the liabilities space.

The Role:
Reporting to the Head Of Insurance Operations and based in the company's London office, as the Insurance Operations Executive you will be primarily responsible for servicing a worldwide portfolio of UK and international clients.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Overseeing and supporting the team with slip, policy and invoice production.
- Checking slips before they are sent out for underwriter signature and policies and invoices before they are sent out to clients/producers.
- Overseeing and supporting the tracking and recording of placements on our integrated broking system.
- Supporting the team in the processing of premiums through Xchanging and resolving queries.
- Overseeing production of premium closing advices.
- Keeping up to date with latest market standards and legal requirements for documentation, including taxes.
- Assisting with the implementation of our new broking platform.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Insurance Operations Executive role will have relevant experience of LPAN production and processing premiums through Xchanging.
You'll also need experience of working in a broking environment within the London market.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
