Location: City centre Birmingham - Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Our client operate in the B2B financing vertical within Financial Services .

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Account Executive to join our clients team for an initial 12 month fixed-term contract, a permanent role will also be available for the holder if desired following this contract. The role is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, providing support and guidance to clients, and ensuring that they get the maximum benefit from our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve all client queries accurately and promptly.
  • Support clients to ensure they get the maximum benefit from the service, leading to increased satisfaction, client longevity, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist clients with onboarding, ensuring that all accounts are set up accurately and within agreed parameters.
  • Ensure that audited and management accounts, and other necessary management information, is received on time.
  • Record and implement client records and status changes promptly and correctly.
  • Help to develop and maintain good commercial relationships with internal stakeholders and with clients.
  • Be a supportive and participative team member, ensuring that team members' duties are effectively carried out in their absence.
  • Agree realistic funding limits for clients (up to agreed authority levels) in line with sound commercial judgment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an account management role, ideally in the invoice/asset financing or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
