Customer Support Specialist

Up to £24,400 per annum 2 days WFH

We're looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of dealing with customers on the telephone or face-to-face.

The Role:

Reporting to the Office Manager and based in the company's Reading office, as the Customer Support Specialist you will be primarily responsible for processing and resolving a wide range of customer enquiries and will identify and understand customers needs while providing a consistently high-quality service to enhance the customer experience and gain loyalty.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Maintaining client and customer relations to increase retention

- Administration, creating quotation documents, setting up client records, issuing documents to clients, checking proposal forms, and diary management

- Utilising excellent communication and client-facing skills to develop and maintain strong working relationships, whilst being able to truly understand clients' insurance needs

- Ensuring insurer accounts are accurate, dispatched to clients for timely payment and followed up on

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Customer Support Specialist role will have relevant experience of dealing with customers on the telephone or face-to-face.

You'll also need experience of office administration as well as building and maintaining relationships.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent attention to detail
