Location: South Birmingham area (good road and rail links) - initially office based as there is so much new stuff going on, with the opportunity for flexible working after 3-6 months

We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for an early years / start-up / high growth Fintech specialist mortgage and lending provider, who are passionate about helping their customers achieve their financial goals. About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with support and advice on our products and services. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.

What You Will Do

• Supporting the launch of our ground-breaking new lending products
• Developing and maintaining process documents and training materials to support our testing team
• Provide customer support and advice on our products and services
• Resolve customer issues
• Build relationships with our customers
• Contribute to the development of our customer service team

What You Need

• Hands on approach, its exciting working in high growth start up, but you will need to have a 'can dol' attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
