Salary: £28-30,000 + personal bonus + benefits

** Please note that this role may require one Saturday morning shift per month **

Our client committed to providing excellent customer service, and they are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join their team in Tamworth.

The Role

As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of customer service representatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team is providing excellent customer service, and that you are meeting all of your team's targets.

Responsibilities

  • Fielding and responding to customer queries through phone, email, and social media
  • Promptly and efficiently resolving customer concerns
  • Providing knowledge and support on our products and services
  • Promoting our products and services to new and existing customers

Team Lead Responsibilities

  • Reviewing calls to ensure quality and compliance
  • Completing reports on team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Training and developing call handlers
  • Motivating and leading the team
  • Managing HR aspect of the team, e.g. rota, appraisal, absence, etc.

Requirements

  • Some experience in a similar role (Supervisory or Leadership skills)
  • CS / Sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
