Customer Service Team Leader
Role: Customer Service Team Lead
Location: Tamworth, UK
Salary: £28-30,000 + personal bonus + benefits

Our client committed to providing excellent customer service, and they are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join their team in Tamworth.
The Role
As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of customer service representatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team is providing excellent customer service, and that you are meeting all of your team's targets.
Responsibilities
- Fielding and responding to customer queries through phone, email, and social media
- Promptly and efficiently resolving customer concerns
- Providing knowledge and support on our products and services
- Promoting our products and services to new and existing customers
Team Lead Responsibilities
- Reviewing calls to ensure quality and compliance
- Completing reports on team performance and customer satisfaction
- Training and developing call handlers
- Motivating and leading the team
- Managing HR aspect of the team, e.g. rota, appraisal, absence, etc.
Requirements
- Some experience in a similar role (Supervisory or Leadership skills)
- CS / Sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
