The Role:
Reporting to the Broking Director and based in the company's Leeds office, as the Commercial Account Executive you will be primarily responsible for growing a book of commercial business whilst growing and developing a strong pipeline of new business.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Converting qualified warm leads into sales
- Offering insurance advice and tailoring commercial products to meet clients needs
- Building a sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Building long lasting relationships with clients and insurers
- Responding to clients quickly and accurately

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Account Executive role will have relevant experience of selling commercial lines insurance products.
You'll also need experience of:
- Building successful long term relationships both internally and externally
- Rapport building
- Dealing with insurers and key stakeholders
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to work as part of a successful team
- A strong communicator
- Able to consistently achieve monthly sales targets

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £15,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
