We're looking for a talented Telemarketing Executive to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of telemarketing and sales.

The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager and based in the company's Neston office, as the Telemarketing Executive you will be primarily responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients whilst determining their suitability for specific insurance products.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Identifying client needs and explaining features and benefits of the firms products
- Scheduling telephone appointments with Account Executives for clients interested in discussing their insurance needs further
- Updating clients information on the firms in-house CRM system
- Following up with clients who have previously shown an interest in our products to maintain relationships and increase sales opportunities
- Meeting weekly and monthly call quotas to achieve sales targets

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Telemarketing Executive role will have relevant experience of telemarketing and sales.
You'll also need experience of working within a fast-paced environment and rapport building.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and hit targets
- Strong negotiation skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels
- Able to consistently achieve monthly sales targets
- Results driven

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £23,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £6,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
