We're looking for a talented Claims Advocate to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of claims management.

The Role:

In the Claims Advocate role you'll be primarily responsible for the delivery of claims services, taking overall responsibility for the smooth running of client accounts by providing or introducing technical advice and service support on all claim related matters.

You'll report to the Executive Director and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's Belfast office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Being the main point of contact for all general/strategic claims issues

- Managing delegated authority claims management system in relation to professional indemnity insurance schemes

- Generating additional revenue through claims value added service

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Claims Advocate role will have relevant experience of claims management.

You'll also need experience of commercial claims practice and process and relationship management.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- The ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders professionally

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

- Client focused with proven experience of delivering high levels of customer service

- A strong team player

- Driven, looking for consistently better and more productive ways of working
