We're looking for a talented Commercial Claims Handler to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of handling commercial insurance claims.

The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director and based in the company's Horsham office, as the Commercial Claims Handler you will be primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of claims throughout the claims journey, seeking to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Handling commercial clients claims from cradle to grave
- Ensuring an exceptional claim service is delivered to each and every client
- Reviewing and if necessary, challenge insurer decisions on liability
- Delivering consistently exceptional claims service to every client
- Handling client queries via email or telephone
- FNOL management, ensuring all new claims are monitored and handled within the firms service level agreement, including insurers bespoke arrangements

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Claims Handler role will have relevant experience of handling commercial insurance claims.
You'll also need experience of providing excellent customer service as well as excel and Microsoft office.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to work as part of a successful team
- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels
- To manage your own diary & pipeline

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £4,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
