Job Title: Customer Support Advisor
Location: Central Birmingham
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience benefits

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our client's customers
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality customer experience

Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
