Job Title: Customer Support Advisor

Location: Central Birmingham

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to our client's customers
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on our client's product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills
• IT literate
