We're looking for a talented Customer Service & Claims Advisor to work for our client.

The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and based in the company's head office, as the Customer Service & Claims Advisor you will be primarily responsible for supporting our clients new business and renewals teams. You will be required to manage and service all mid-term policy changes and to assist with and oversee claims, successfully managing outcomes and dealing with all client servicing needs and tasks with skill and efficiency.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Maintaining customer and underwriter relationships
- Outbound call handling
- Providing professional advice based on comprehensive assessment of the clients needs and circumstances

The Candidate:
To be considered for the Customer Service & Claims Advisor role you'll need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of motor and home insurance products.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Previous customer service experience
- A good telephone manner
- Knowledge and understandings of FCA regulations
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to develop client and insurer relations
- A good negotiator
- A commutable distance from Northampton

The Package:
Basic salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £2,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
