Job Title: Sales Administrator (perm)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join their growing team. As a point of contact for their clients who have made orders, you will be responsible for taking orders, imputing them into their system, and dealing with internal stakeholders to ensure that orders are processed and fulfilled on time. You will also be responsible for issuing sales confirmations to clients and providing them with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Be a point of contact for clients and answer their questions in a timely and professional manner
• Imput orders into the system accurately and efficiently
• Deal with internal stakeholders to ensure that orders are processed and fulfilled on time
• Issue sales confirmations to clients
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Assist the sales team with other administrative tasks as and when required

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience working in a sales administration role, ideally in a manufacturing, production, or industrial related business
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
