Role: Sales Ledger Clerk
Location: Just outside Oswestry, Shropshire
Salary Guide: £25k + benefits
About our client
Our client is a growing and ambitious company looking for a highly motivated and organised SL Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer orders and payments
- Analyse and track overdue invoices
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues
- Manage customer credit and credit notes
- Process and record cash receipts
- Generate and distribute statements and reports
- Collaborate with the parts team to resolve customer queries
- Maintain and update customer records
Requirements
- Experience in sales ledger (and a knowledge of PL areas)
- Experience around credit risk reports
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
