We're looking for a talented Client Services Associate to work for our client.

The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Paraplanning and based in the company's Shrewsbury office, as the Client Services Associate you will be primarily responsible for providing support to a high performing team of financial advisors and in conjunction with the paraplanners on various administrative tasks and delivering a professional, compliant service to the firms clients.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Utilising client data for illustrations
- Processing new busines
- Preparing letters of authority for client policy information
- Answering calls and dealing with clients and third-party queries
- Ensuring that business is conducted in a responsible, compliant, and timely manner, meeting all internal and external legislative requirements
- Managing task list and prioritising workload within deadlines

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Client Services Associate role will have relevant experience of the financial services industry.
You'll also need experience of investment platforms and office administration.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £7,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
