The Role:

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, your role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be identifying and spearheading improvement initiatives across the organisation to enhance performance, minimise waste, and reduce costs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pinpointing potential avenues for augmenting process efficiency and minimising wastage
  • Utilising tools associated with continuous improvement to strategies and execute projects designed to boost operational efficacy
  • Developing fool proof methods and creating supportive tools to streamline operations
  • Heading up Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives

Ideal candidates will have strong data analytical skills, experience in lean manufacturing, and a proven track record of improving business processes and building team members' capabilities.
