You will be primarily responsible for managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of car, home and van policies.

Based in the company's Dublin office, you'll report to the Customer Service Manager and will be tasked with the following:

- Achieving renewal income and retention targets

- Generating leads through cross selling

- Delivering excellent customer service

- Maintaining the highest level of customer service

What experience do I need?

My client wants someone who's got a background in personal lines insurance products.

They'll also need you to have experience of customer service and objection handling.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- An APA qualification

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail

You'll also need to be the following:

- Results orientated

- Socially confident

- Personable

What can I earn?

This Customer Service Executive position offers an attractive basic salary of up to €30,000 per annum.

On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus of up to €12,000 per annum if you hit your personal targets.
