We're looking for a talented Commercial Insurance Broker to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of personal or commercial lines insurance products.

The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director and based in the company's Warwick office, as the Commercial Insurance Broker you will be primarily responsible for supporting commercial lines clients to ensure conversion of new business, service of existing accounts and retention of renewals to achieve company income targets in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Determining which insurers will provide the most competitive rates for the cover required
- Obtaining quotations using rating guides or by referring to insurers
- Communicating quotations, advising the most appropriate in terms of price and cover to meet the clients needs
- Driving new business forward through qualified warm leads

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Insurance Broker role will have relevant experience of personal or commercial lines insurance products. You'll also need experience of dealing with insurers and key stakeholders.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of building successful long term relationships both internally and externally.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and encourage others
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels
- Able to consistently achieve monthly sales targets

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £15,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
