We're looking for a talented Legal Assistant to work for our client.
This is an exiting opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join an established, forward thinking law firm.

The Role:
Reporting to the Practice Manager and based in the company's Bury office, as a Legal Assistant you will be primarily responsible for providing Administrative Support to a successful team of Solicitors.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Carrying out legal research as and when required
- Keeping files (internal, counsel, client bundles) organised and up to date in paper and electronic format
- Liaising with Office Services where necessary
- Filing documents with court
- Providing generalist paralegal support to the team

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Legal Assistant role will have relevant experience of working within a Law Practice.
You'll also need experience of working within a fast paced environment as well as excel and Microsoft office.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong organisational skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
