Role: Management Accountant

The Role:

In this pivotal position, you will lead the production of monthly management accounts and other financial reports relating to projects and programmes. You'll assist in the preparation of annual budgets and maintain and develop systems to deliver the most effective financial support to our organisation.

We're seeking someone with:

• Well-versed in handling intricate finance roles, showcasing deep technical acumen in statutory, management, and financial accounting.
• Outstanding skill in financial analysis, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven capability to assess, analyse, and enhance financial systems and processes.
• Expertise in breaking down complex issues, processes, and projects into manageable parts and formulating suitable solutions.

Working hours - Normal office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are open to flexible working patterns subject to the objectives and outcomes of the role being met. We are currently working hybrid with blended office and homeworking with the ability to work up to three days from home.

Annual Leave - 25 days plus 1 additional day for every year of service, plus an additional day off on your birthday.

You could be right for this Management Accountant position if you've previously worked as any of the following: Assistant Accountant, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Finance Analyst, or a similar role in the Finance field.
