Role: Receptionist

Location: Leamington Spa

Salary: £23,000 + monthly personal bonus + benefits

Status: Full-time, permanent role

Are you a friendly and bubbly person with excellent communication and meet and greet skills? Do you have a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile? If so, we want you to join our team as a Receptionist in Leamington Spa.

This could be an excellent first 9-5 job for someone with a hospitality background, owing to the proactive meet and greet skills required.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, so it is essential that you have a warm and welcoming personality. You will also need to be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and be able to work under pressure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and dealing with clients and visitors in a pleasant, professional, friendly and prompt manner.
• Notifying colleagues of visitor arrivals.
• Scheduling appointments within colleagues diaries and handling changes.
• Following computer procedures to ensure that patient records are properly maintained.
• Ensuring that precise and accurate record keeping procedures are maintained at all times in regards to administrative tasks.
• Carrying out routine house-keeping procedures on the computer, including undertaking regular back-ups in line with practice policies.
