The Role:
In the Motor Insurance Team Leader role you'll be primarily responsible for driving the performance of the motor team to achieve the targets agreed through effective performance management, staff motivation, building a supportive and engaged culture and through the promotion of the delivery of world class customer service.
You'll report to the Sales Manager and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's Godalming office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to collaboratively resolve issues, improve processes, develop self and drive performance
- Monitoring the compliance and quality of Team Members on a monthly basis
- Conducting and documenting quarterly 1-1's

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Motor Insurance Team Leader role will have relevant experience of people management.
You'll also need experience of sales techniques and methods and motor insurance.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Strong communication skills
- A good understanding of the general insurance market
- Excellent planning skills
You'll also need to be a strong leader and be able to take ownership of individuals performance.

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £6,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
