Position: CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

Company: High growth Meditech Business

Location: Cambridge (Hybrid working arrangement with two days a week required onsite at my clients the high-tech officea which are located in Cambridge)

We are excited to be searching for a highly skilled and innovative CTO to join our rapidly growing Meditech client who have a growing facility in Cambridge. As CTO, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology that will help us revolutionize the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals
• Develop and implement a technology roadmap that outlines the company's short-term and long-term technology objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and developers to deliver high-quality, scalable software and systems
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that will improve business processes and drive growth
• Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage them to drive innovation
• Ensure the company's systems and infrastructure are secure, reliable and compliant with industry standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a CTO or a similar leadership role
• Strong experience with software development, data management, and infrastructure management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare or Meditech industry is a plus

This is a hybrid working arrangement with two days a week required in the high-tech office located in Cambridge, but you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere for the remaining days.
