We're looking for a talented Commercial Account Handler to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of commercial insurance products.

The Role:
In the Commercial Account Handler role you'll be primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients whilst providing new Business Support to Account Managers whilst playing an integral role in policy retention.
You'll report to the Commercial Director and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's Dublin office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Leading renewal retention & new business for Account Managers
- Processing mid-term adjustments within agreed SLA's
- Managing and guiding customers through a streamlined claims process
- Building and developing long lasting relationships with insurers
- Managing key client relationships

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Account Handler role will have relevant experience of commercial insurance products.
You'll also need experience of managing a portfolio of commercial clients and claims management.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- An APA qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Diligent and have an eye for detail

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to €50,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £5,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
