We're looking for a talented Property Claims Handler to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of dealing with insurers and key stakeholders.

The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director and based in the company's Whetstone office, as the Property Claims Handler you will be primarily responsible for handling property claims from start to finish. You will provide advice and guidance to policy holders.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Investigating and processing claims
- Negotiating settlements and providing excellent customer service
- Acting as a conduit between insurers and policyholders
- Identifying invalid claims and communicating this to policyholders
- Managing property claims through to conclusion

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Property Claims Handler role will have relevant experience of dealing with insurers and key stakeholders.
You'll also need experience of property claims and relationship management.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- Strong communication skills, happy to take a lead on projects
- Excellent written and verbal skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Diligent and have an eye for detail

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
