We're looking for a talented Renewals Advisor to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of personal or commercial lines insurance products.

The Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager and based in the company's Warwick office, as the Renewals Advisor you will be primarily responsible for handling renewals, mta's and queries in relation to company insurance products.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Determining which insurers will provide the most competitive rates for the cover required
- Responding to enquiries from clients and underwriters
- Processing mid-term adjustments within agreed SLA's
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Cross-selling and up-selling additional company products where possible
- Acting as a liaison for customers and insurers

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Renewals Advisor role will have relevant experience of personal or commercial lines insurance products. You'll also need experience of dealing with insurers and key stakeholders.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of building successful long term relationships both internally and externally.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong organisational skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels
- Able to work as part of a successful team

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £2,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
