We're looking for a talented Claims Support Administrator to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of working within an office environment.

The Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager and based in the company's Leicester office, as the Claims Support Administrator you will be primarily responsible for providing Administrative Support to field surveyors.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Managing claims payments and providing support via delegated authority claims management system
- Assisting in the management of our clients claims mailbox
- Assisting in providing a complete professional service to all clients whilst always maintaining regulatory compliance

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Claims Support Administrator role will have relevant experience of working within an office environment.
You'll also need experience of Microsoft office packages and administration.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- The ability to asses customers needs
- The ability to communicate effectively on all levels
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
