We are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our clients well established and growing Account/Sales team. You do not need specific sales experience for this role, just happy to work in an office sales environment, learn from the excellent training provided and have a 'can do' attitude.

This role is office based in Guildford.

You will be a self-starter and keen to take an opportunity to join a business that can offer superb earning potential in a well-established, supportive and high performing sales team environment. Guidance is always on hand, but my client does not believe in micromanagement, instead providing the tools through excellent cutting edge technical systems and a conveyor belt of hot, qualified leads for you to follow up and close deals leading to significant commission payments.

You will work as part of a rotating rota within your team, covering either an earlier 8.30am-4pm or later shift 1pm-8pm which the guys really like as it gives them flexibility that a standard 9-5 week doesn't (inc. a 4 hour weekend shift once a month, extra pay for this), this system that allows you to talk to hot leads, who are quailed and ready to buy exactly when they want to be talking to you.

My client has a well-established, low turnover and high-performance team who make full use of the uncapped commission scheme to maximise their impressive take-home numbers.
