You will be primarily responsible for driving new business activity through a panel of existing Financial Advisers and promoting the firms products and services to target new Financial Advisers and businesses. You will play a key part in the firms ambitious growth plans, joining at an exiting time as they invest in new technology and expand their products and services.
Working part of the week in the company’s Cardiff office and from home for the rest of it, you'll report to the Sales Manager and will be tasked with the following:
- Undertake telephone-based sales campaigns dovetailing with insurance marketing activity or as defined by the National Sales Manager.
- Hit and exceed targets for outbound and inbound telephone sales and account engagement calls.
- Perform outbound relationship management, building rapport with existing and new financial advice firms and businesses via the telephone.
- Be responsible for winning new financial advice firms and businesses through outbound telephony activity, promoting the firms products and services and exceeding set targets on quality and quantity.
- Work with the National Sales Manager to support external activity with the telephone based promotion follow up.
- Work with internal teams to build relationships with financial advice firms using internal MI.

What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who's got a minimum of 2 years experience in a telephony based sales role.
They'll also need you to have experience of relationship management as well as winning and retaining new business.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- A good understanding of sales
- Negotiation skills
- Strong administration skills
We need you to be a strong communicator whose able to communicate on all levels.
