We're looking for a talented IFA Administrator to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of office administration.

The Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager and based in the company's Shrewsbury office, as the IFA Administrator you will be primarily responsible for providing support on a variety of administrative tasks and delivering a professional, compliant service to our clients whilst providing support to the firms Client Services Associates.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Preparing client packs for annual planning meetings
- Compiling documents to be sent for compliance checks
- Completing and sending letters of authority to providers and chasing for the requested information
- Completing client related activities or general tasks and follow through to completion dealing with any queries that arise from these activities
- Ensuring that any business conducted is done in a responsible, compliant and timely manner, meeting all legislative requirements, both internally and externally

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this IFA Administrator role will have relevant experience of office administration.
You'll also need experience of business processes, standards, policies and procedures as well as excel and Microsoft office.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- Able to work as part of a successful team

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Bonus: A bonus of up to £5,000 per annum is also available if the company hits certain targets
