We're looking for a talented Insurance Account Handler to work for our client.
The successful candidate will be personable, diligent and have a great eye for detail whilst being able to showcase their technical insurance knowledge within a high performing team.

The Role:
Reporting to the Team Manager and based in the company's Edenbridge office, as a Account Handler you will be primarily responsible for delivering high quality service to clients, brokers, internal stakeholders and other industry professionals seeking to progress the structural warranty process efficiently from instruction through the construction period to completion and beyond.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Liaising with customers and brokers and our site-based auditing team to assist in the progression of the inspection and defect management process during the construction phase right through to completion.
- Product changes and adjustments.
- Producing insurance documentation.
- Initial reporting of claims (not claims handling).
- Complaint file preparation.
- Attend industry trade shows to assist Account Executives in networking and winning new business.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Account Handler role will have relevant experience of working in the insurance industry and ideally experience in commercial lines products.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- A keen eye for detail

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
