We're looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join our clients growing team. If you have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing relationships with key accounts, then we want to hear from you.

This role would be ideal for an individual with a Aetomotive or Aerospace background, with experience of working with OEMs.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a hybrid role, with 2/3 days a week in the company's Hampshire office and 2 days a week working from home.
  • You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and relationships within a number of pre-existing key account clients.

The Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of facilitating an increase in revenue and profitability by securing fresh and expanding existing business undertakings, thereby meeting or exceeding the established sales targets.
  • You will also need experience of collaborating with internal team members to create client tactics that strengthen and augment the company's competitive edge and standing in the industry.
  • Plus, it's vital that you have experience of overseeing the formulation of program contract specifics and prerequisites, aligning them with an organisational program initiation process.
  • In addition, you will need the following:
    • The ability to proactively manage client relations, striving to achieve industry-leading levels of customer satisfaction.
    • The ability to supervise the execution of new project programs, with a focus on ensuring on-time delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
    • The ability to manage the process of identifying and addressing customers' needs, coordinating with all affected internal team members.
    • The ability to lead yearly financial and business negotiations, aiming to meet or surpass the commercial success of existing operations.
  • You will also need to be experienced working in competitive industrial environments, such as automotive or aerospace, and be a leader, keen to drive revenue growth and seek out new opportunities.

The Package:

  • Basic salary: circa.£70-75,000 per annum
