We're looking for a talented Claims Handler to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with previous customer service or administration experience.

The Role:
Reporting to the Claims Manager and based in the company's Belfast office, as the Claims Handler you will be primarily responsible for processing and investigating insurance claims.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Reviewing claim notifications in accordance with policy wordings
- Obtaining and verifying information enabling a valid claim to be correctly recorded
- Proactively handling the claim from first notification to conclusion while managing expectations or repudiating if required
- Providing comprehensive verbal and written advice on all aspects of policy wording in relation to cover and claims

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Claims Handler role will have relevant experience in customer service or administration.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- 5 GCSE's grade C or above
