We're looking for a talented Senior Underwriter to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of underwriting commercial lines products.

The Role:
In the Senior Underwriter role you'll be responsible for underwriting new business and servicing existing accounts.
You'll report to the Underwriting Manager and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's Burgess Hill office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Underwriter role will have relevant experience of underwriting commercial lines products.
You'll also need experience of new business, renewal, rating and adjustment enquiries and cover requests.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of commercial combined, property owners, liability and commercial packages.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- The ability to work independently
- The ability to communicate effectively on all levels
- Excellent written and verbal skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- A self-motivator and team player who brings a can-do approach
- An effective, willing and enthusiastic team player
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
