We're looking for a talented Independent Financial Advisor to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of offering financial advice and guidance to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.

The Role:
In the Independent Financial Advisor role you'll be primarily responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and guidance to the firms clients whilst contributing to the growth of the firm and the financial well-being of their clients.
You'll report to the Senior Partners and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's Colchester office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Conducting thorough assessment's of clients financial situations, including their income, assets, expenses and future goals
- Developing personalised financial plans that encompass investment strategies, retirement planning, tax considerations, and risk management
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, investment products, and financial regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice
- Collaborating with other Team Members and leadership to contribute to the company's growth and success
- Providing clients with exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and queries promptly

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Independent Financial Advisor role will have relevant experience of offering financial advice and guidance to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
You'll also need experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and open communication.
Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of investments, pensions and taxation.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- A cert cii level 4 diploma in regulated financial planning
- The ability to manager your own workload
- Excellent written and verbal skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
