Up to £27,000 per annum OTE - £40,000

We're looking for a talented Sales Consultant to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience in Sales.

The Role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager and based in the company's Northampton office, as the Sales Consultant you will be primarily responsible for selling personal lines insurance products over the phone whilst maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Driving new business forward whilst identifying cross-selling opportunities for other areas of the business

- Meeting monthly sales targets

- Making recommendations to customers and tailoring products to meet their needs

- Providing a high level of customer service to ensure agreed SLA's are met

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Consultant role will have relevant experience of selling.

You'll also need experience of rapport building.

Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of dealing with customers either face-to-face or by telephone.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- The ability to communicate effectively on all levels

- Previous experience in a sales environment

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

- Able to work as part of a team

- Results driven

- Able to work in a fast paced environment

The Package:

Basic salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

Overtime: Up to £2,500 per annum

Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £15,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
