We're looking for a talented Business Administrator to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of office administration.

The Role:

Reporting to the Office Manager and based in the company's Bristol office, as the Business Administrator you will be primarily responsible for processing applications, ensuring all documents, checks and correspondence are entered into the company's in-house system whilst providing Administrative Support to a high performing team of Insurance Brokers.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Inputting data onto a bespoke on-line insurance facility

- Issuing policy adjustments to policy holders within agreed SLA's

- Inputting claims information to the firms bespoke claims database

- Providing Administrative Support to a team of high performing Insurance Brokers

- Checking documentation for accuracy and forwarding to underwriting

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Business Administrator role will have relevant experience of office administration. You'll also need experience of excel and Microsoft office.

Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of providing timely customer support by responding to customer inquiries and requests.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent attention to detail

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

- Able to work on your own initiative

- Diligent and have an eye for detail

- Able to work as part of a team
