Up to £60,000 per annum - OTE £70,000 + Car Allowance
We're looking for a talented Commercial Loss Adjuster to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of assessing and settling insurance claims associated with commercial properties, ranging from minor damage to major incidents.

The Role:
In the Commercial Loss Adjuster role you'll be primarily responsible for booking appointments and visiting commercial losses whilst overseeing claims through to settlement.
You'll report to the Executive Director.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Conducting initial inspections and visits to site
- Assessing damage and establish likely cause of the claim in accordance with domestic & commercial policies and terms
- Providing technical advice, support, and guidance to all parties
- Investigating and monitoring, as necessary, and arrange for any remedial or temporary works
- Handling claims in accordance with insurer standards, service levels, and complaints procedure
- Keeping policy holders and all other related parties informed of the claim

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Loss Adjuster role will have relevant experience of assessing and settling insurance claims associated with commercial properties, ranging from minor damage to major incidents.
You'll also need experience of relationship management as well as conducting site visits and inspections.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to demonstrate strategic problem solving, good decision making and sound judgment based upon data
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Organised and have a methodical approach to work and problem solving

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £10,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
