We're looking for a talented Trainee Commercial Account Handler to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of personal lines insurance products.

The Role:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager and based in the company's Maidstone office, as the Trainee Commercial Account Handler you will be primarily responsible for undertaking administrative and customer service tasks to help assist the commercial team offer excellent customer service to an existing book of clients.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Supporting the commercial team where necessary e.g. Answering queries and sharing knowledge
- Ad-hoc re-broking in relation to unique requirements
- Cross-selling / new business on enterprise cases
- Maintaining client and customer relations to increase retention
- Actioning mid-term adjustments when necessary

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Trainee Commercial Account Handler role will have relevant experience of personal lines insurance products.
You'll also need experience of dealing with customers on the telephone as well as excel and Microsoft office.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Organised and have a methodical approach to work and problem solving
