Up to £23,000 per annum OTE £33,000

We're looking for a talented Insurance Sales Consultant to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of sales.

The Role:

Reporting to the Sale Manager and based in the company's Coventry office, as the Insurance Sales Consultant you will be primarily responsible for selling insurance policies to the general public by providing friendly, informative advice on various products. You will be required to maintain an excellent level of customer service and ensure all sales are undertaken in accordance with the company's compliance process.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Converting warm leads into sales

- Advising potential customers on suitable insurance solutions

- Cross-selling additional company products into other areas of the business

- Following FCA and company guidelines

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Insurance Sales Consultant role will have relevant experience of sales.

You'll also need experience of negotiating and objection handling.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- A positive attitude with plenty of initiative

- The ability to communicate effectively on all levels

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

- Able to work in a fast paced environment

- Confident in your selling ability

- Results orientated

The Package:

Basic salary: Up to £23,000 per annum

Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £10,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
