Up to £23,000 per annum OTE £40,000

We're looking for a talented Insurance Renewals Consultant to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of sales.

Please note: In this position you'll occasionally be needed to work at weekends. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.

The Role:

Reporting to the Renewals Manager and based in the company's Coventry office, as the Insurance Renewals Consultant you will be primarily responsible for selling and retaining insurance policies by providing friendly, informative advice on various products. You will be required to maintain an excellent level of customer service and ensure all renewals are undertaken in accordance with the company's compliance process.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Retaining existing customers at renewal

- Advising potential customers on suitable insurance solutions

- Cross-selling additional company products into other areas of the business

- Following FCA and company guidelines

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Insurance Renewals Consultant role will have relevant experience of sales.

You'll also need experience of negotiating and objection handling.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- A positive attitude with plenty of initiative

- The ability to communicate effectively on all levels

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

- Able to work in a fast paced environment

- Confident in your selling ability

- Results orientated

The Package:

Basic salary: Up to £23,000 per annum

Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £17,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
