Business Support Administrator

Up to £25,000 per annum 3 days WFH

We're looking for a talented Business Support Administrator to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of customer service.

The Role:

In the Business Support Administrator role you'll be primarily responsible for providing Administrative Support to the insurance and business efficiencies team, existing business team and new business team.

You'll report to the Support Team Manager and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's Hove office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Providing written reports and MI that the team require on a weekly, monthly and annual basis

- Handling incoming calls and delivering good customer service to customers and partners

- Working with the Marketing Executives on campaigns and marketing materials to support the business solutions team

- Attending regular meetings and providing documented minutes to the business efficiencies team

- Updating in-house systems at all customer touchpoints to ensure we meet fca regulations

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Business Support Administrator role will have relevant experience of customer service.

You'll also need experience of relationship management and Administrative Support.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- A good numeracy skills

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

- Able to work as part of a team

- Competent on Microsoft office

- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels
