We're looking for a talented Office Administrator to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of working with customers. If you work in Retail or Hospitality and are looking for your first office job this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager and based in the company's Castlereagh office, as the Office Administrator you will be primarily responsible for providing Administrative Support to a successful team of Account Executives.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Processing applications, ensuring all documents, checks and correspondence are entered into the company system
- Checking documentation for accuracy and forwarding to underwriting
- Dealing with clients enquiries daily, responding promptly and managing expectations
- Referring to relevant Account Executives, underwriters, and directors over any technical queries
- Communicating regularly with brokers/clients to ensure efficient service is provided

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Office Administrator role will have relevant experience of working with customers.
You'll also need experience of working within a fast paced environment as well as excel and Microsoft office.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong organisational skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Articulate and able to communicate on all levels
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Diligent and have an eye for detail

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £22,000 per annum
Bonus: A bonus of up to £2,500 per annum is also available if the company hits certain targets
