We're looking for a talented Motor Trade Account Director to work for our client.

The Role:
In the Motor Trade Account Director role you'll be primarily responsible for providing a complete professional insurance advice and service to Commercial clients including new business development.
You'll report to the Executive Director and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's Belfast office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Providing the highest standards of customer care, service and client retention while working towards business growth and common business goals whilst maintaining regulatory compliance at all times
- Ensuring highest standards of customer care, service and client retention
- Maintaining the company’s good standing and ethos by providing the highest level of professional advice and service, acting professionally and ethically at all times
- Proactively managing valued client and insurer relationships
- Negotiating, placing and reporting to clients at renewal, mid-term and new business stages;
- Ensuring adequacy and appropriateness of cover;
- Managing personal workloads and meeting deadlines;
- Ensuring that renewals are completed accurately and in a timely manner;
- To be aware of market conditions and the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and Insurers/Underwriters;

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Motor Trade Account Director role will have relevant experience of business development.
You'll also need experience of the insurance market and claims handling procedures.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Working experience of Commercial Motor Insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to provide complete professional insurance advice and service to existing book of clients
- Able to identify, develop and manage corporate and large commercial prospects to achieve agreed individual and team targets and win profitable new business clients
- To ensure clients understand the terms and the extent of the cover provided in line with industry regulations

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
