The Role:
In the Sales Advisor role you'll report to the Internal Sales Team Leader and will be primarily responsible for supporting the overall company performance by meeting personal targets and objectives through the delivery of first-class insurance services to potential new customers.
Specific tasks include:
- Quoting and closing new business sales enquiries
- Providing customers with information about insurance cover options
- Collecting insurance premiums and processing accounts
This is a home-based position. The details around how this will work will be discussed at interview.
The standard working hours for this job are 9:00 - 17:30.

The Candidate:
To be the right person for Sales Advisor role you will need direct experience of sales techniques and methods.
We also need you to have prior experience of communicating with consumers and negotiating.
It's important that you also have the following:
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to learn in a fast paced environment
- A good telephone manner

The Package:
The basic salary for the Sales Advisor role is between £22,000 - £24,000 per annum.
In addition, you can earn a personal performance bonus of up to £5,000 per annum should you hit your personal targets.
