We're looking for a talented Business Operations Manager to work for our client.

The Role:

This is a hybrid role, with three days working in the companies East Sussex head office and 2 days working from home.

You will play a key role supporting the senior management team with developing business strategy and overseeing procedure implementation.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

• Developing a strategic vision for the business to ensure long-term success
• Identifying areas of improvement in order to optimise operations
• Setting ambitious objectives to drive growth and performance
• Supervising staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Building relationships with external parties, such as suppliers and customers
• Exploring new markets and potential partnerships to expand business opportunities
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers to maximise profitability

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Business Operations Manager role will have relevant experience of working in a operationally focussed people centric working environment.

Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of building successful long term relationships both internally and externally.

In addition, you'll need the following:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
• Previous experience working with multidisciplinary colleagues and teams across the organisation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and encourage others

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

• Able to work on your own initiative
• Organised and have a methodical approach to work and problem solving
• Articulate and able to communicate on all levels
