Salary: £22,000-£25,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a full benefits package

We're looking for a talented Administrator to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of providing Administrative Support to operations and the SMT.

The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Director and based in the company's new site on the outskirts of Weston, as the Administrator you will be primarily responsible for supporting the wider business with a range of duties relating to product development and support, project delivery, and compliance.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

  • Perform general company administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Support the operations manager with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Process basic accounts work, such as inputting invoices, generating purchase orders (POs), and managing fuel card records
  • Handle basic reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Administrator role will have relevant experience of providing Administrative support in a fast paced working environment.

You'll also need experience of the co-ordination of colleagues and documentation to support pre-sales enquiries |(just well organsied basically).

Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of working as front line initial point of contact with client and prospective clients (happy dealing with people).

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of accounts processes and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
