We're looking for a talented Commercial Renewals Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of managing a team of Commercial Account Handlers.

The Role:
Reporting to the Commercial Director and working in their London office, as the Commercial Renewals Manager you will be primarily responsible for managing a team of Commercial Account Handlers with a focus on renewal retention.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Ensuring your team focus entirely on the needs of their clients
- Offering renewal terms for existing clients in respect of alterations to existing policies
- Checking all clients documentation, ensuring queries are answered in a timely fashion

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Renewals Manager role will have relevant experience of commercial lines insurance products.
You'll also need experience of renewal retention and mid-term adjustments.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Strong leadership skills
- A good understanding of the insurance industry with the ability to lead from the front
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to collate risk information at new business and renewal
- Diligent and have an eye for detail
- Able to take instruction from clients
